En guise de contribution au relais de la Charte mondiale des femmes pour l'humanité, la coordination nationale Thaïlande/Birmanie a préparé les carrés de courtepointe à coudre à la Courtepointe de la solidarité. L'organisation Altsean Burma, ainsi que l'organisation régionale Forum Asia, ont aidé à ce que l'ONG thaïlandaise des Droits des femmes et la Ligue des femmes de Birmanie puissent se rencontrer.
