Bolivia-Peru: moving tranmission of the Charter

On Saturday 19, women from Bolivia and from Peru met on the bridge at the bolivian - peruvian border that is located at the Titicaca Lake, the highest lake in the world (3 800 meters). Musicians were playing, sun was high in the sky while women exchange. Then, they went to the City Hall of Desaguadero where Bolivians formally transmitted the Charter to Peruvians. Another ceremony took place late in the afternoon at the Puno theater.
