The Relay of the Women's Global Charter for Humanity ended in
Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso on October 17th. Women marched in the
streets of Ouagadougou to a square that was inaugurated as the Women's
Peace Square.
The Charter was also presented on October 17th to
women and women's groups who will be guardians of the Charter in
recognition of the work that they do to change women's lives and
promote the values of the Charter.

Representatives from Via Campesina and Women in Black were present to receive the Charter in person.
