24 Hours of Feminist Solidarity - Pakistan
In
Pakistan the solidarity day will be observed in Hyderabad (Sindh) with
women working in a bangle-making factory, a small bells factory
(metals), a crockery making factory and bonded labours. These women get
very small wages and are very poor. It is a full day programme, in
which these women will hold stalls to sell at low prices. There will be
a Cultural programme and speeches on the Charter and a demonstration on
their issues. In Lahore the programme will be held with peasant women.
