The square has a calm aspect, cold, quiet, heralding peace, signs of
hope. The forms that interpenetrate, reinforced by thick lines, give
promptness and energy to the fabric and glorify the role of mixing
between the women of all the colors for a taking into account of all
the sensitivities in their diversities, their role of mother of the
life and feeder of the humanity represented by a symbol of excellence:
the TIWARA (ideogram Malian) and a daba with its blade inserted in the
ground, support of the whole of work.Of these swirls points a sun raising under a sky little released and some points of reception that and there showing gleam for the African woman, as for saying that "there is some".

Our square quilt shows the violation of
rights women suffer through the numerous tasks they accomplish: several
pregnancies, family responsabilities, transportation of wood and water
on large distances. For us it is necessary to have social justice to reach the autonomy and the effective blooming of the woman. Thus: the woman with the child on her back and the faggot of wood illustrate the violence against women; the balance in the medium of the quilt illustrates equitable justice; and finally the dove illustrates freedom, autonomy and blooming.
Bénin
Meaning of the Square QuiltIn Benin, we have a very crucial problem which is poverty and in spite of the implementation of all the programs and
projects, one does not manage to fight effectively against this poverty for many reasons. That's why, we, women of the World March of Women, we considered that the true fight against poverty is the taking into account of the three values : JUSTICE, SOLIDARITY between the women and EQUALITY, i.e. the equitable division of the resources of the nation, and education for all.
Camerún
Our square was realized by an artist of the March on a made traditional
fabric of bark of tree, "OBOM". It represents the symbols of the
utopian Humanity dreamed by Camerun's women, namely, a man, a woman,
children, the symbols of peace, equity and capacity (the tree of peace,
the cola, the pipe, drive out-flies), the fight against poverty
materialized by a hoe, the yellow snail gold which is the mascot of the
World March of the Women in Cameroun (the pace of snail translates the
difficulty of fighting against poverty and discriminations, its center
represents the opening of the women to solidarity, and the yellow color
gold means the richness for all).

The rwandese quilt is sewn on a fabric of unbleached cotton. The image
symbolizes a rwandese woman in traditional clothes with the colors of
the national flag, it holds in hand a half-opened basket of which the
interior contains the 5 values of the world Charter.Usually, the basket contains women's secrets, but here, it's half-opened because in it are the 5 values of the Women's Global Charter.
Burundi
The square contains two logos: one of World March on the left and the other on the right of a burundian womanwith the traditional clothes having the same colors as the national flag. This woman carries on her head an open basket to make leave a dove, peace symbol; its opened wings ask to cease the violences against women. The open basket means "do not violate me".
In the medium we wrote in Kirundi "AMAHORO AMAHONDA" which means literally PEACE AND SORGO who is sign of abundance. Thus we wish abundance to the burundians and the entire world in order to cease the wars and to live in peace and thus the woman will not have any more a concern. In bottom of the Short point we marked the date of entry and exit in Burundi of the Charter

Filipinas
Message – genuine and lasting peace, as it is continuously evasive in the Philippines, is a continuing aspiration. Majority of the total population in the country live in abject poverty and experience gender-based violence in all its forms – physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, and economic. In solidarity with all freedom-loving Filipinos and friends who are fighting for equality and justice, Kilos Kabaro2! shares this message to all the women and men around the world.
Symbols – a portion of the KK2! logo was altered a bit to make a part of the letter K look like a bird, the dove of peace. At the upper left and right sides of the KK2! logo, the name of Kilos Kabaro 2 is embroidered in the original Philippine alphabet called Alibata.
Choice of colors – violet and fuschia are the prominent colors to depict the women’s struggle against all forms of oppression, exploitation and discrimination. The name of the country in Filipino represents the four colors of the Philippine flag.
Choice of fabric/textile – represents the three major Philippine islands namely Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao from which these pieces of cloth originate.
